Barstool Sports' College Football Analyst Liam Blutman released his list of Top-15 players in the country and several of them were Buckeyes.

The Ohio State Buckeyes' roster is an embarrassment of riches.

The offensive side of the football has two legit Heisman Trophy candidates, with a third guy that is deserving over the prestigious, but does not have the similar hype in wide receiver Carnell Tate. The offensive line continues to ascended each week, while also possessing one of the best freshman running back in the country in Bo Jackson.

Ohio State vs. Penn State Cleanup | HEISMAN Campaigns Announced | Prep for a Trip to West Lafyette Ohio State vs. Penn State Cleanup | HEISMAN Campaigns Announced | Prep for a Trip to West Lafyette The Ohio State Buckeyes put out a special performance on Saturday afternoon against the Penn State Nittany Lions and we start there - so much to unpack from ...

On defense, the Buckeyes have the player that came into the year regarded as the best defender in college football in safety Caleb Downs, and stumbled into one of the best pass rusher in the country with Arvell Reese. Ohio State's front seven is so talented that fans have not received the chance to evaluate their cornerbacks that are some of the best in the country.

Does Ohio State have any weaknesses? The answer there is an emphatic no, but is that the proper question? The right question, however, is how many Buckeyes are in the Top-10 players in the country.

Barstool Sports' College Football Analyst Liam Blutman released his top-15 players so far this season, and the list is littered with Buckeyes.

Sophomore wide receiver Jeremiah Smith took the top slot, followed by Downs and Reese. Three spots after the incredible linebacker, redshirt freshman quarterback Julian Sayin checks in at number six, while  Tate cracks the top-10 at the number eight position.

The five stars round out all the Buckeyes that cracked the top-10, but it begs the question of how many Buckeyes should be on that list.

Ohio State is doing the most with the some of the best players in America. It's rare that teams have a collection of the most talented players who are very dedicated to their crafty, and for head coach Ryan Day, that's what the program possesses this season.

I talk about it every single week, but the maturity of this team stands out every single week. When you are in their presence, you have to remind yourself that they are 18-22 year old kids. They have the right mindset, along with the best physical traits you could ask for in your top playmakers.

This outstanding roster management has resulted in one the best collection of football players the sport has seen since maybe the historic 2019 LSU Tigers, which included the likes of former Buckeyes' quarterback Joe Burrow and star wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson.

There has not been as much star power on one team since that group until this version of the Buckeyes.

Luckily for Ohio State fans, the Tigers hoisted the trophy at the end of the season on the back of Burrow. If all things go according to plan, the Buckeyes will once again raise the trophy above their heads in January.
