Former Texas A&M receiver KC Concepcion is projected for 61 catches, 784 yards and seven touchdowns as a Browns rookie.
Former Texas A&M Aggies wide receiver KC Concepcion may not need much time to become a major piece of the Cleveland Browns offense.
After selecting Concepcion in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft, Cleveland appears ready to give the former Aggies playmaker a real role right away in Todd Monken’s system.

Sports Illustrated’s Eva Geitheim projected Concepcion for 61 receptions, 784 yards and seven touchdowns as a rookie, a stat line that would instantly make him one of the Browns’ most important offensive weapons.
That kind of production would also be a strong statement for Texas A&M. Concepcion arrived in the NFL with expectations, and Cleveland’s draft approach suggests the organization sees him as more than a developmental receiver.
The Browns used their first three picks on offense, adding offensive lineman Spencer Fano along with receivers Concepcion and Denzel Boston. That’s not subtle.
Cleveland needed more juice, more separation and more answers for whoever wins the starting quarterback job, and Concepcion should get every chance to provide it.
For Aggies fans, the projection is exciting because Concepcion’s game has always been built around versatility.
He can win underneath, create after the catch and stretch defenses when matched up properly. In a Browns offense looking for quick impact, that skill set travels.
There’s risk, of course. Relying heavily on rookies can be dangerous, especially for a team trying to reset its offensive identity.
But Concepcion doesn’t have to do everything alone. If Fano stabilizes the line and Boston commands attention on the outside, Concepcion could find favorable matchups early.
A 700-yard, seven-touchdown rookie season wouldn’t just be a nice start. It would announce that another Aggies star has arrived in the NFL.
