The offense has been up and down for the first five weeks of the season, but how does GOTI get into a groove more often?
The Dallas Cowboys' offense hasn't been firing on all cylinders over the past five weeks, despite putting up nearly 30 points per game.
With the defense struggling yet again, the onus has been on Dak Prescott and the offense to shoulder the load and go win games.
But what has been a little odd is that when there is pressure on Dallas to score, more often than not, the offense walks down the field and scores.
However, early in the game, they are a bit more conservative and often stall.
We have seen several times already that when the defense does get a stop, more often than not, the offense goes three-and-out, or only gets a first down or two before punting the ball back.
So how can the offense get its groove back against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night? CeeDee Lamb has an idea.
"We got to be complementary," Lamb said. "When the defense do get a stop, I feel like personally we got to go score. We can't just score when we feel like the pressure is on us, which we always overcome, and I feel like we do score, and it's an off-and-on thing. But when our defense do get a stop, I feel like we got to capitalize.
"If we do that, then we'll be able to pull away, then our defense will be able to do what they got to do as far as getting the sacks, keeping everybody in drop-back and got to pass situations, I guess. Just kind of go from there. We really just need to start playing from ahead and not so much from I guess even to so-to speak."
And that is the thing.
This Cowboys' offense is so good that when it needs to score late, more often than not, it does, but it can't capitalize earlier in the game when the defense gets a rare stop.
So that has to be fixed in the coming weeks, because against the Packers, who showed us an air-raid offense last week, they will be pushing to get a win over the Cowboys, so getting stops on the road is huge.
The defense did it against the Baltimore Ravens, Houston Texans, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but the offense couldn't respond straight away with a touchdown to put scoreboard pressure on.
Can they at Lambeau Field on Sunday night?
