The New York Giants have a favorable game coming up this week.

The New York Giants will enter Week 6 of the NFL season holding a record of 3-1-1 following a strange ending last week.

The Giants tied with the Washington Commanders in what ended up being one of the weirder games of the season. New York should have lost to Washington, so the fact that they tied is being taken as a win for the team.

But the Giants know that they will need a better effort going forward this week as the team gets ready to face off against the New Orleans Saints at home. New Orleans will be coming into the game looking to stop the bleeding, with the Saints sitting with a record of 1-4 on the year.

Both sides need a win this week for different reasons, and the Giants will try to remain perfect at home this season. New York can't overlook this Saints team despite their struggles this season; otherwise, the Giants could find themselves in a tight contest.

Bleacher Report did game predictions for every contest this week, with Gary Davenport, Brad Gagnon, Kris Knox, Moe Moton, Brent Sobleski, Wes O'Donnell and Ian Hanford picking. In these predictions, every single expert went with the Giants to take down New Orleans.

Much of this could be due to the Saints having their own problems this year, but the Giants have shown real promise as a team. Even with starting quarterback Jaxson Dart going down with an injury, the Giants have been able to stay the course.

Backup signal-caller Jameis Winston has held down the fort well for New York, showing that he can get this team to the playoffs. But the problem with Winston is that he has been very inconsistent over the years in his career, and the Giants know this from the first few weeks of the season.

As he gets ready to face off against New Orleans, Winston will need to make sure to stay focused. Winston can be very turnover-prone at times, and the Giants can't afford any issues against the Saints this week.

The Giants defense has been a calling card for the team this season, helping them win a few games. And going against an explosive Saints passing attack, the New York secondary will need to be ready to go.

The kickoff for the game between the Giants and Saints is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. PT/1:00 p.m. ET at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey
