Green Bay Packers' Jordan Love may have a new weapon with the addition of Coleman Owen.
Replacing Jayden Reed is going to be a tough task, but the Green Bay Packers are at least attempting to give Jordan Love another weapon.
They've done their part in looking to rebuild this offensive line, seemingly from scratch, three games into the season.
Two signings are complete, and Coleman Owen, the former undrafted wide receiver out of Arizona, came in for a visit on the same day as veteran offensive guard Kevin Zeitler.
The difference? Owen left being signed to the practice squad while the Packers, at least for now, let Zeitler walk.
Regardless, the addition of Owen opens up quite a few options offensively.
Tucker Kraft has had a quiet start to the season, but Matthew Golden is trending in the opposite direction. It's not hard to argue that Christian Watson is the clear WR1, but Golden is coming for that spot by the end of the year.
Owen gives Love another receiving option
One of the biggest topics of discussion has been whether or not Love has enough weapons on offense.
For whatever reason, there's some curse that doesn't allow Kraft, Golden, Reed, and Watson to be on the same field together.
Time and time again, there are injuries that prevent those four from being on the field at the same time, and that's something Love has had to learn to deal with.
Now, according to Bill Huber, the Owen signing is official. Owen has joined the practice squad ahead of the Packers Week 4 matchup at Raymond James Stadium, so it'll be interesting to see if he's elevated.

A closer look at Owen
Owen had a few chances with the Indianapolis Colts, but it wasn't ever anything that went super far.
In his two games played with them a year ago, he only had one target. Owen is still awaiting his first career NFL catch, but he was a proven slot guy at the college level.
Owen spent his first five years at Northern Arizona before transferring to Ohio. In total, he had 3,543 career yards in college, and it's worth noting that 1,245 of those came during his sixth and final year with the Bobcats.
