Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers are a mess right now.
Bleacher Report ripped Green Bay Packers QB Jordan Love for his performance in Week 3 against the Atlanta Falcons.
Love got a D grade and it's easy to see why. The QB went 28/53 through the air for 312 passing yards. He threw two touchdowns and was picked off once.
The Packers lost to the Falcons at home by a final score of 35-14.
Love has 844 passing yards and six passing touchdowns through three games. He's completing just 52.4 percent of his passes, well below his 63.7 percent career average.
Green Bay blew a 22-10 lead against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 1 of the 2026 season and lost by a final score of 39-22. The Packers were outscored 22-0 in the fourth quarter.
Love is now 28-22-1 as the Packers' starting QB. Green Bay is 1-3 in the playoffs since Love took over for future Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers.
Both Rodgers and Brett Favre won a Super Bowl with the Packers, so Love is under pressure to follow in their footsteps, especially after getting a four-year, $220 million extension in 2024.
Love finished last season with 3,381 passing yards and 23 passing touchdowns while completing 66.3% of his passes. The Packers went 9-7-1 and lost to the Chicago Bears in the wild-card round of the 2025 NFL playoffs.
The Packers' offensive line is beset by injuries and is not protecting Love at all. Two new starters were in the lineup against the Falcons. The group allowed only one sack. However, the Falcons generated 12 quarterback hits.
Green Bay's ground game is basically non-existent. Matt LaFleur's squad already fielded the league's worst rushing attack through the first two weeks. The Falcons held them to 17 rushing yards.
The rushing attack won't get better until Josh Jacobs comes back and we don't know when that will happen. The judge who presided over the criminal case of Jacobs denied a request by the victim to have the evidence permanently sealed and instead turned the matter over to the police department that conducted the criminal investigation.
Brown County (Wisconsin) District Court Judge Marc A. Hammer determined this during a hearing Thursday. When his order goes into effect on Friday, it will cancel a temporary order to seal that he issued on Sept. 10.
However, it does not mean the records, which include surveillance video outlined in the criminal report that states a portion of the incident was caught on camera, will be immediately released. Instead, the Hobart-Lawrence Police Department will handle any new requests made under public records laws.
