Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has missed his second straight practice, placing doubt on his ability to play in Week 5.

The Baltimore Ravens have released their second injury report ahead of Week 5, and quarterback Lamar Jackson has now missed his second straight practice. While he is not ruled out yet, things are trending in that direction.

Jackson could theoretically take the field with a super wrapped-up ankle, but that remains to be seen.

The full injury report is as follows:

Jackson is joined by cornerback Marlon Humphrey, who also missed his second straight practice as he is dealing with a hamstring and calf injury. Newly acquired center Cam Jurgens is also on the report but did not practice due to being in the concussion protocol.

Some good news is that guard Andrew Vorhees was upgraded from did not participate to limited. If he can be upgraded further on Friday, he would be the presumed right guard while the Ravens wait for Jurgens to be ready.

Wide receiver Rashod Bateman was upgraded from limited to full due to a shoulder injury, while fellow receiver Zay Flowers remains limited due to his nagging hamstring injury.

Safety Kyle Hamilton was also upgraded to full after being limited due to a groin injury.

Outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson is also out as he recovers from a finger procedure to fix the break in that finger.

Wide receiver Chris Moore was also upgraded from limited to full with an ankle, and left tackle Ronnie Stanley has also been upgraded to a full participant.

There is no telling what the plan is for Jackson, but it wouldn't be the least bit shocking if he took the field in Week 5.

Head coach Jesse Minter did not state that the Baltimore signal caller would be out, and simply stated that he would "roll when he's ready." Again, Jackson could simply tape his ankle up a lot to ensure he can play, but there are some big dangers in doing so.

If Jackson cannot play, it will be backup Tyler Huntley taking over. The issue is Huntley could not get any points on the board when he took over in the second half of Week 4.

There could be some worry there from Minter and the coaching staff that Huntley may not be able to keep pace with an Atlanta Falcons team that has been rolling.

There is one final injury report left. If Jackson remains limited or out on Friday, he is unlikely to take the field against the Falcons.
