The Baltimore Ravens have wasted no time working out multiple offensive linemen amid their injuries at center.

The Baltimore Ravens found themselves in a dire situation on Sunday, as both their starting and backup centers went down with injuries. As a result of the injuries, rookie guard Vega Ioane had to step in and take over, and it appears he will be the center moving forward.

Ravens head coach Jesse Minter revealed that Ioane will be the center in Week 4, and the team will look into adding more players on the line. That is already underway, as multiple linemen were given a tryout in Baltimore.

Per the NFL's official transaction wire, the Ravens brought in two centers and one guard to potentially join the team

Those players are as follows:

Center Kinglsey Eguakun

Center Graham Glasgow

Guard Kyle Hergel

The most significant of these tryouts is Glasgow, who is a longtime veteran who has played mostly guard or center in the NFL. He spent seven seasons with the Detroit Lions and three with the Denver Broncos.

Glasgow's most recent stint was the 2023 to 2025 seasons with the Lions, where he had 45 starts with the team in various positions on the offensive line.

Eguakun is also a former Lions center who appeared in four games and started two in the 2025 season. He was also recently on the New York Giants practice squad but was released on Sep. 22.

Hergel appeared in eight games with the New Orleans Saints and has spent the 2025 and 2026 seasons on the Chicago Bears' practice squad. He was released by the Bears on Sep. 22.

With the first day of practice being on Wednesday, it would not be the least bit surprising if one or two of these linemen were signed to get them integrated as soon as possible.

The Ravens may look to sign Glasgow, given his experience, and utilize him as the backup center and a potential backup guard as well.

With Ioane moving to the center position, the Ravens may use Andrew Vorhees in the right guard position, which would then lead to some depth issues at the guard position.

Baltimore head coach Jesse Minter confirmed that both Jovaughn Gwyn and Ethan Pocic might both be long-term regarding their injuries, so the Ravens will need more depth across their line, even if Ioane does happen to take over as the starting center moving forward.

Ioane has the kind of physicality and size that will allow him to transition well, and he has played some center snaps in college.

With the injuries, Ioane took over and was on the final drives that led to the Ravens taking home the last-second victory against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. With a full week of practice, the rookie might look even better.
