The Seahawks, like every other NFL team, have to trim their roster down to 53, so who didn't make the cut?

So, the Seahawks have trimmed their roster to make their initial 53-man roster, and general manager John Schneider did state that the Diggs cut was a procedural move and that the franchise plans to bring him back to the practice squad.
