The Seahawks have had plenty of moving and shaking this offseason, but one position group hasn't changed...if anything, it's gotten stronger.

One of the biggest thing good NFL teams chase year to year is continuity on the roster, and the Seattle Seahawks knew that after winning the Super Bowl, the roster would change.

And it did.

Kenneth Walker, Coby Bryant, Boye Mafe, and Riq Woolen all left in free agency as the roster was plucked. That was expected.

But perhaps what wasn't was one of the most important position groups in football being untouched -- the offensive line.

Sam Darnold's enforcers are all returning in 2026, which might be overlooked by fans and the media. That's a big deal. Especially when the Seahawks have a new coordinator as well, in Brian Fleury.

So, the Seahawks have a good foundation to build from yet again, despite the changes on and off the field, something few teams can say at this time of the offseason.

And for ESPN's Brady Henderson, he thinks that the Seahawks' offensive line has gotten better thanks to one addition.

"The Super Bowl champions didn't lose anyone on their offensive line, returning all 11 players who had at least one snap last season," Henderson wrote. "That group should improve with continuity, and one draft pick could be their biggest addition of the offseason.

"General manager John Schneider traded a 2027 fourth-round pick to draft Iowa's Beau Stephens in the fifth round. The Associated Press All-American in 2025 looks like he'll provide some needed competition for Anthony Bradford at right guard."

This isn't the first time that we've heard Stephens be mentioned as a possible replacement for Bradford.

The rookie out of Iowa has already been taking reps at right guard during Seattle's rookie minicamp, and already knows that he'll likely be at that spot, given that the left-hand side is locked down tight thanks to Grey Zabel.

So, the offensive line that paved the way for Seattle's run game to be dominant in the postseason is all coming back, but Bradford is going to have to step up his game if he is to fend off the advances of Stephens.

The Seahawks defending their Super Bowl crown was always going to be tough, but maybe, with the offensive line remaining intact, Seattle has a fighting chance of going back-to-back.
