The last two weeks have seen the offense be a little inconsistent, but Fleury isn't about to get all flustered over it.
The Seattle Seahawks' offense isn't in a good spot right now, after back-to-back losses that, you can argue, sit on their shoulders.
With Sam Darnold's interceptions, the fumbles, and the inconsistent nature of their play, the offense, in a sense, has let down the defense, particularly against the Denver Broncos.
But we are only six weeks into the season, and the defending champs sit at 3-3, so it isn't like the year is over.
There is still plenty of football left to be played, starting with the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night at Lumen Field.
But after the Denver loss, there was a little soul-searching, as the Seahawks lost in overtime to a Darnold interception, his second of the night.
However, if you thought the Seahawks and offensive coordinator Brian Fleury were flustered by the start they've made to the season, you're wrong.
"One thing that's not happening in this building is nobody's pounding the panic button because we're three and three," Fleury said. "Everyone's very confident in the football team that we have here, and we just have to continue to grow in the right direction, and I think you will see that come to fruition over the course of the rest of the season."
The Seahawks have gained the benefit of the doubt after what they produced last season, and sometimes we forget that they have a new coordinator.
That takes time to get adjusted to, and for Fleury to get his ideas across, so likely what we're seeing is some growing pains for the offense, and it hasn't been pretty.
But nothing cures all ills like a win, and if the Seahawks can take down the 5-0 Chiefs, then all will be right with the world; however, there's no denying that Seattle has to button up on offense.
After a mini bye to figure out what has gone wrong over six weeks, the Seahawks now have a good handle on what they need to do, but as we know, knowing the issues and then fixing them with real NFL bullets flying isn't exactly easy.
But at home, with their backs against the wall and a narrative starting to build around Darnold, can Seattle rally and get itself back into form?
