Seahawks vs. Chiefs: How To Watch Kenneth Walker Revenge Game
Oct 25, 2026 12:12 PM

The Seahawks welcome the Chiefs and Walker to Lumen Field in a game that the NFC West franchise has to win to avoid falling further behind the 49ers.

The Seattle Seahawks will welcome the 5-0 Kansas City Chiefs to Lumen Field on Sunday Night Football, with Mike Macdonald's team in desperate need of a win.

With the Seahawks on a two-game skid, something that hasn't happened since 2024 in the Macdonald era, coupled with the inconsistencies of the offense and Sam Darnold, as turnovers have plagued the unit, this is a game the Seahawks need.

But it will be one that isn't going to be easy.

This is the return of Kenneth Walker to Lumen Field after spending four seasons with the Seahawks and helping them win the Super Bowl last season.

Walker has been in sublime form to start his Chiefs career, rushing for 665 yards and 6 TDs in just five games, so Macdonald's defense is going to have its work cut out for it to slow Walker down.

But he isn't the only weapon, with Patrick Mahomes getting back to some good form, throwing for over 1,300 yards, 9 TDs, and just three interceptions. Then we have Travis Kelce and Xavier Worthy, who are beginning to heat up form-wise, and suddenly, there are a lot of weapons the Seahawks have to deal with.

Of course, Seattle has a great weapon in Jaxon Smith-Njigba that the Chiefs' defensive coordinator, Steve Spagnuolo, has to curtail.

Plus, Rashid Shaheed and Cooper Kupp game to life against the Broncos as the pair had one of their best games of the season, while the run game will be without Zach Charbonnet, but with Emanuel Wilson and George Holani, the pair can give Darnold something to lean on.

But this Chiefs defense only allowed six points against the Los Angeles Chargers last week and has forced multiple turnovers in all but one of their games this season, so the interception watch for Darnold will be on.

The Seahawks need to get back on the winner's list, and they couldn't have a harder task, but it will make the rest of the league sit up and take notice if they can slay the Chiefs on Sunday night.

The champs have been a little wobbly over the past two weeks, but will they discover their knockout power against the Chiefs?
