Tennessee avoided a depth crisis as its starting left tackle rejoined the rotation, though new setbacks for two players kept trainers busy at Thursday's practice session.

The Tennessee Titans were back at practice on Thursday after having a day of rest yesterday.

Tuesday's practice was an eventful one.

There were fights among four players, but the main focus was the status of left tackle Dan Moore Jr.

Moore left practice with an undisclosed injury and was accompanied by a trainer to the locker room.

Robert Saleh said he would have an update for us on Thursday, but it seems that it was a minor injury at best. Moore was back on the practice field with the team with no limitations.

The Titans may have dodged a bullet because there is not much depth at swing tackle. The current rotation features Austin Deculus, Rasheed Miller, Aamil Wagner, Zachary Thomas and Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson.

Wagner and Miller are undrafted free agents. Crenshaw-Dickson has played in four NFL games with one start, Thomas has played in 17 games with zero starts and Deculus is coming off the worst-graded PFF performance of last year for a tackle.

Unfortunately, with Moore returning to practice, two more Titans picked up injuries.

Elic Ayomanor exited practice with what appeared to be a shoulder injury. The injury came on a hit from safety Kevin Winston Jr. at Thursday's practice session.

Robert Saleh shared an update on Ayomanor at the podium. He said it feels stable and that more information will be available later.

"Feels stable, but we'll get more information later." Saleh said.

John Franklin-Myers also sustained an injury on his lower back. The head coach didn't seem concerned about the injury, which is never a bad thing.

"Then, JFM's [John Franklin-Myers] dealing with a lower back. It doesn't seem concerning, but we'll share it with you guys a little bit later.

Saleh also shared how great it was to get a player like Moore back in the rotation, who is very vital to this team.

"For sure, there's a few guys who left practice early on Tuesday and yesterday, taking advantage of the rest day and making sure they get their lifts in and all the stuff that they needed to get themselves back to practice today," Saleh said.

While it's brutal that the Titans just got Moore back into the rotation and now have Ayomanor and Franklin-Myers picking up injuries, they don't seem to be anything to worry about.
