Many top ProRodeo athletes turned in strong performances at the Farm-City Pro Rodeo, with several adding valuable dollars to their season earnings.

The Farm-City Pro Rodeo in Hermiston, OR, brought together a strong field of ProRodeo athletes, with competitors across the roughstock and timed events battling for big paydays and valuable momentum as the regular season continues to wind down.

In bareback riding, Garrett Shadbolt took top honors in the average after tying for first in Round One with an 88-point ride and tying for second in Round Two with another 88. The performance earned Shadbolt more than $16,000 and could prove valuable as he continues his push toward the Top 15. No. 2-ranked Jacob Lees finished second in the average with 176.5 points on two head, followed by Jayco Roper with 174.5.

Clay Hurt topped the steer wrestling average with a three-head time of 11.8 seconds. Garrett Oates finished second at 12.0 seconds, while Tyler Waguespack rounded out the top three with a 12.3-second average. Waguespack, currently No. 1 in the world, added more than $12,000 to his season earnings as he continues his pursuit of a sixth Gold Buckle.

Team roping saw Spencer Mitchell and Trey White take the average title with a three-head time of 17.0 seconds, earning $8,575 each. Cash Duty and Trent Vaught finished second, followed by Coy Rahlmann and Logan Medlin in third.

The saddle bronc riding leaderboard featured plenty of familiar names. Following a successful showing at the United States Open Xtreme Broncs Match, Brody Wells once again found himself at the top, winning the average with 178 points on two head. Ryder Wright finished second with 173 points, while Wyatt Casper took third with 171. The field also included Shorty Garrett, Gus Gaillard, Zeke Thurston, Brody Cress, Logan Hay, and Cash Wilson.

In tie-down roping, Colton Suther won the average with a three-head time of 24.7 seconds, followed by Michael Otero at 25.1 and Riley Webb at 25.3. One of the season’s most-watched storylines comes from Shad Mayfield, who placed fifth in the average. Mayfield, who sat out most of the season while recovering from surgery, has climbed to No. 19 in the world. With less than $10,000 separating him from the Top 15, an eighth consecutive NFR qualification remains well within reach.

Tricia Aldridge and Adios Pantalones secured the barrel racing average with a two-head time of 34.01 seconds, edging No. 7-ranked Sydney Graham by just one-hundredth of a second. Aldridge earned $7,191, adding another valuable payday as she works to maintain her position inside the Top 15. In breakaway roping, Aspen Miller won the average with a three-head time of 7.1 seconds, earning $6,424. Suzanne Williams finished second in 7.9 seconds, while Danielle Lowman placed third with 8.0 seconds.

Bull riding delivered one of the night's most exciting performances. Stetson Wright returned to the arena following surgery after the Calgary Stampede and marked an impressive 92 points aboard Bridwell Pro Rodeos' No. X14. The ride earned Wright the win and $18,922. Hudson Bolton finished second with 91.5 points, followed by Dakota Hill with 90.5.

With big names, tight races, and significant paydays throughout the weekend, the Farm-City Pro Rodeo gave competitors another important opportunity to make moves as the race toward the end of the regular season continues.
