Norway have been on a tremendous run of form, as aside from their loss in the group stage to France in a dead rubber game with both teams already through to the knockouts, Norway have not lost a competitive game since October 2024 in a Nations League game against Austria. England will also go into this encounter with spirits high, and confidence is high as it can be at this stage of the competition after they overcame a potential massive banana skin of a game against Mexico in the Azteca Stadium. Despite spending the last half an hour down to 10 men and defending for their lives, quality from former Borussia Dortmund man Jude Bellingham was enough to secure the goals that would help England advance into the Quarter Finals.
