The Real Madrid player has now sent a clear message to Enzo Fernandez regarding probable transfer.

It is no more a secret that Real Madrid are interested in Enzo Fernandez but as reported earlier, Los Blancos are not looking to rush into the deal yet.

The transfer links have been more prominent ever since Fernandez made that controversial comment where he mentioned Madrid as the city where he would like to stay in the future.

Chelsea went on to suspend their top midfielder for two back-to-back matches and ever since then, a move to the Spanish capital has looked to be a possibility this summer.

The Blues' failures over the past couple of seasons has been a real problem for their club management to convince some of their more experienced players to carry on at the club.

And the sudden move of their left-back Marc Cucurella to Los Blancos right ahead of Spain's opening World Cup game was a testament of that but that move surely raised some eyebrows at that time, as Cucurella's former teammate Fernandez was more linked with a move to Madrid than himself.

Now as the left-back looks forward to life in the Spanish capital, Cucurella has seemingly sent a more than clear message to Fernandez.

During a latest interview, Cucurella expressed his thoughts regarding Enzo saying (h/t The Sports Bank), "He’s(Fernandez) a great player and a friend of mine, He congratulated me on the signing. I hope it happens(move to Real Madrid)."

The Spaniard also added, "I would be very happy, We were very happy at Chelsea, and to have the opportunity to both sign for Real Madrid in the same summer, I hope he’s lucky and becomes a Real Madrid player."

Cucurella's message is as clear as the sky and professional players certainly think more than twice before making these kinds of comments, as a result the reports of his former teammate's arrival at the Santiago Bernabeu might looks to more than just rumors.

Although every recent report has suggested that there has been no direct talks between the two concerned clubs as of yet but certainly, Los Blancos are aware of the fact that the Blues will be willing to let their revolting midfielder leave this summer for the right price.

Fernandez is expected to cost the Whites somewhere around the £120 million ballpark and apparently, the Merengues are not at all in a hurry to reach an agreement immediately, as they are also navigating a few more midfielders and would most likely look to arrive at a conclusion following the end of the ongoing World Cup.
