Crystal Palace v Liverpool: Where to Watch, Kick Off Time & More

Liverpool travel to South London to face a Crystal Palace side desperate for a win in the league ahead of the next international break.

The Reds come off the back of a very disappointing performance and result over in Istanbul, losing 3-2 to Fenerbahce, despite leading the game twice.

Several defensive errors led to the Turkish giants emerging with the three points, something that Andoni Iraola will no doubt be looking to fix ahead of this weekend's trip to Selhurst Park.

As for Crystal Palace, they have struggled this season so far, with manager Pierre Sage coming under increasing pressure and scrutiny, and with the aforementioned international break arriving after this game, it could be a crucial game for the French boss.

LFC were looking to bounce back from a narrow defeat to Arsenal at Anfield last weekend, but a difficult away trip to Fenerbahce stood in their way.

The lineups came out, and there were one or two interesting selections with Bradley Barcola playing through the middle as a striker, while Ronald Araujo was rested in favour of Joe Gomez.

However, these alterations didn't have the impact that Iraola had desired, with Barcola being marked and physically dominated up front for most of the game and the defence looking a lot less confident and stable than in the weeks before.

This led to Fenerbahce exploiting those weaknesses, especially aerially, allowing them to grow into the game and score big goals at important times during the game.

And with Liverpool unable to create enough chances to hit back, their perfect start to the Champions League was ended.

The Eagles have been in free fall this campaign, with head coach Pierre Sage desperately searching for form and confidence within his team that is currently sitting in 18th place.

Their most recent Premier League fixture was a 2-0 loss away to Tottenham, where Jean-Philippe Mateta was sent off just 13 minutes into the game, making it an uphill task for Palace to emerge from this game with anything other than no points.

They then returned home to face Bundesliga side Hoffenheim in the Europa League, where an early opener from the German side and a red card for the home side meant that until very late on, Pierre Sage was set for another loss.

But a late goal from Daichi Kamada spared Sage his job for at least another game, with the noise around his future still loud at Selhurst Park.

The game will be played on Sunday 8th November 2026 and kicks off at 2 pm (GMT).
