Kieran Gill, of the Daily Mail, has reported that Chelsea are not surprised by market interest in Pedro Neto and have no issue selling him to a Premier League rival as long as their valuation is met. Liverpool, Manchester City, and various sides in Saudi Arabia have all been linked with the right-winger.
Whilst the No. 7 is not explicitly up for sale, there is said to be an eye on the wider market at Chelsea, with a sense that incoming offers could become lucrative.
However, he is not expected to be valued anywhere close to the £100million-plus fees that have been demanded for players like Yan Diomande and Bradley Barcola.

Neto is a Premier League-proven forward with qualities that would definitely be appreciated by Andoni Iraola at Liverpool. However, the fact that he has not quite achieved his potential during his time at Chelsea would take the edge off any transfer.
