While the Reds have not been as active as many fans will have wanted this summer, there has still been a sizeable amount of business that the Merseyside club has been involved in over the last 78 days.

Here is a full summary of who has arrived through the AXA doors this window, who has left the club on loan for the season, and who has departed for ventures new on a permanent basis.

Signed in January, but arrived this summer from Rennes, Jeremy Jacquet comes into the club as a highly rated young French centre back and could prove to be a perfect long-term pick-up for Andoni Iraola's side. 

A move that was completed quickly by Liverpool. As the Spanish winger looked set for a move to Newcastle from Osasuna, the Premier League giants came in and made Muñoz an offer he couldn't refuse. And aged just 22, the sky is the limit for the dynamic young forward.

One of the surprise moves of the summer for LFC was the signing of Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo. The 27-year-old added much-needed experience and versatility to a defence that lacked depth going into this season, and should the loan go well, there is a buy option for £47 million.

And the Anfield-based club's blockbuster signing this summer was the acquisition of Bradley Barcola from PSG for a guaranteed fee of £106 million, with £17 million in add-ons. The tricky winger has been at a PSG side that has dominated European football for a couple of years now, winning two Champions Leagues to show for it.

So he arrives in Merseyside as a winner and will be hoping to replicate that winning at Liverpool in the years to come.

A Deadline Day signing for the club in 18 year old Belgian goalkeeper Lucca Brughmans. The 6'6 shot stopper was wanted by a number of top European clubs, but the Reds got the deal over the line, and subsequently loaned him back to Genk for the season to continue his development, before he joins up with Andoni Iraola's side at the start of next season.

The headline departure this summer was Mohamed Salah, who left the club after just under a decade worth of service at the club.

The Egyptian King was given an emotive send-off by the Anfield crowd and left with everyone's best wishes for the future, but where has the four-time Premier League Golden Boot winner decided is the best place for the next phase in his career?

After weeks of speculation, Salah finally signed for Trabzonspor in Turkey, with his aims being to take the club to new heights and become an icon at the club, just like he did at Liverpool.

Another big personality to leave the LFC dressing room this summer was Scotland captain and, at the time, Liverpool's vice-captain Andy Robertson. His exit came as the club decided not to offer the Scotsman a new contract at the club, given his age and the fact that he was no longer the Reds' undisputed number one left-back, following the arrival of Milos Kerkez last summer. 

He would go on to sign for fellow Premier League side Tottenham on a free transfer. 

Despite months of contract negotiations between Liverpool and Konate, an agreement was unable to be reached, and the French defender left at the end of his contract, going on to sign for Spanish Giants Real Madrid on a free transfer. 

One of the only sales this summer that brought in any money for the club was the exit of Curtis Jones to Inter Milan. The academy graduate had never really been able to break into the starting XI on a regular basis.

So at 25, the Scouse midfielder wanted to play regular first-team football, so he was prepared to leave Liverpool this window, even before the arrival of Andoni Iraola. 

So when Inter Milan finally put up the money that LFC wanted, the club sanctioned the sale, and Jones moved to Italy, where he will soon face off against his former club in the Champions League.

The final two players to depart permanently this summer are Stefan Bajcetic and Rhys Williams. 

Bajcetic has had a series of injury setbacks that have meant he has dropped further and further down the pecking order at Anfield. Now aged 21, Bajcetic is looking to get his career back on track, and he is hoping a £1.3 million switch back to Celta Vigo will do just that, a deal in which Liverpool retain a buy-back clause.

Rhys Williams became the forgotten man at the club over the last few years, following his heroic displays in the 2020/21 season, and after multiple loan spells away, he left the club upon the expiry of his contract and is still a free agent.

After a massively disappointing campaign out on loan at Aston Villa, where he would play just nine times, Elliott has left on loan again, but this time over to Spain, where he hopes he can have a much better season-long loan in Valencia than he did in Birmingham. 

Another player loaned to Spain this summer is Ifeanyi Ndukwe. After impressing in pre-season following his summer arrival from Austria Wien, the defender had to go out on loan in order to obtain enough points for a UK work permit, so he joined Levante in La Liga on a season-long loan.

The highly rated young goalkeeper was sent out on loan for another season to Austrian side TSV Hartberg, in a bid for the Hungarian international to gain valuable first-team experience. 

A player who hasn't worked out for the Reds is Calvin Ramsay, who, with just a year left on his current contract, has left and joined St Mirren in Scotland on loan for the campaign, meaning his time at the club is effectively over.
