According to reports, Celtic have reached an agreement after offering a €10 million transfer package.
Celtic need to improve further this summer. Alistair Johnston's injury has turned out to be a long-term one. So, they might need to dip back into the market for a right-back.
Colby Donovan was phenomenal against LASK. Will that be enough to convince the club that they have enough in that right-back spot? Or will they go for a more proven option, as they did by signing Julian Araujo on loan from Bournemouth last season?
While the need for another option is not outrightly clear at right-back, it most definitely is when it comes to the midfield.
Arne Engels has left for West Ham United. Paulo Bernardo has left on loan. And Reo Hatate is expected to leave before the transfer window slams shut.
On the other hand, Mika Baur is the only midfielder who has been signed so far this summer. That might be about to change soon if reports are accurate.

According to Kristian Sorensen, it is a done deal. Celtic have reached an agreement to sign Ermin Mahmic from Slovan Liberec. The deal is worth around €8 million plus €2 million add-ons for the 21-year-old midfielder.
Of course, this is not a claim that has come out in isolation. Several other reliable sources have suggested that Celtic have been closing in on a move in recent days.
Mahmic has been linked with Celtic for a little while now. The Bosnian international standout, who scored twice at the World Cup, seems to have done enough to catch the eye of the Hoops.
Of course, it is not just his performances at the World Cup that were impressive. Mahmic has also done very well for his current club Slovan Liberec.
Strengths and weaknesses of Mahmic
It is worth pointing out that Mahmic has been missing from the Slovan Liberec squad in recent times.
It is believed that it is down to the ongoing transfer negotiations over a move away from the Czech side.
Obviously, there would be some question marks over whether Mahmic would be able to deal with the jump in quality and expectations that a move to Celtic would bring.
When it comes to the eye test though, Mahmic looks like an exceptional player. The data backs that up as his numbers are phenomenal in front of goal and in terms of his passing ability.
Some work needs to be done when it comes to carrying the ball in terms of decision-making and the defensive side of his game. But let us not forget that Mahmic is still just 21 years of age. Time is very much on his side.
