Rangers fans have reacted to Celtic's win over Hibernian to go level on points with Hibernian.

Celtic need to get three points against Hibernian and they held their end of the bargain. Of course, the performance was nothing to write home about.

Against a ten-man Hibernian side, they needed Kelechi Iheanacho to come off the bench to score the winner and then hang on for the result. That just goes to show how poor the Hoops have been all season. But at least they won. At this point in time, that matters more than anything else.

That result puts the pressure on both their title rivals, who are yet to play on this matchday. The two will be facing each other at Tynecastle Park.

Hearts will need to get at least a point to maintain a lead in the title race. Otherwise, they will be depending on goal difference. Also, let's not forget, they will play Celtic on the final day of the season at Parkhead.

As for the Rangers, if they lose to Hearts then they will trail them by seven points and their title hopes would be as good as over.

If they win the game, then it would boost their chances, but at the same time, help Celtic as well. There is a Glasgow Derby to be played at Parkhead as well.

A draw will not help either Hearts or the Rangers, but Celtic would be pretty happy with that result, that is for sure.

So, all things considered, Rangers fans might not know what to hope for going into the game against Hearts. As one of them wrote: "Draw is the worst possible result tomorrow. Only helps that lot. If we’re not going to turn up and win, we’d be as well making sure we lose."

Well, Celtic know what they need to do. They need to win the remainder of their games in hand. And they will hope that is enough to win them the title.

To be honest, this might have been a great chance to close down the goal difference with Hearts. But they were not able to do that.

But at the end of the day, going away to Hibernian and picking up a win is a decent result in the grand scheme of things. Let's not forget, Hibs had already beaten them earlier this season.

Now, Celtic can relax and watch Hearts and Rangers take on each other. And no matter what the result turns out to be, it might play to the Hoops' advantage. How often can you say that about a game in such a tight title race? Overall, this has been a positive weekend for the Glasgow giants as they seek to come out on top and clinch their fifth straight league title.
