And I kind of just took that upon myself to try to make that the biggest part of my game this year. On March 21, 2024, Tampa Bay traded him to the Colorado Rockies in exchange for left-hander Joe Rock. Less than three months later, he would make his MLB debut."}},{"id":"YzyAXC8ojw","type":"paragraph","data":{"text":"Jones appeared in six games with the Rockies in 2024 before he was later claimed off waivers by the Chicago White Sox ahead of the beginning of the 2025 season. In 13 games (41 at-bats) Jones has hit .317 with an .852 OPS.
