Everson Pereira injured his head

In his first start since returning back from the injured list, White Sox outfielder Everson Pereira went all out for a baseball in center field on Wednesday night.

Pereira slammed into the wall and was clearly banged up and injured on the play.

There was some initial fear that it could have been a knee injury, an ankle injury, or maybe even a shoulder, but thankfully it seems all he did was hit his head, and he seems to be relatively okay.
