That included an early March scholarship offer to Saratoga Springs, N.Y./Saratoga Springs High School edge Cam Toomey. The 6-foot-3, 245-pound prospect is one of the top players in the Northeast and is ranked as a Top 100 recruit nationally according to 247Sports.
