The Huskies and Oregon will play Saturday afternoon in a game with major implications, but the ESPN team is electing to highlight Ohio State and Michigan.

The Washington Huskies are set for a marquee matchup against the No. 5 Oregon Ducks at 12:30 p.m. PT on Nov. 29 at Husky Stadium in Seattle.

The Huskies enter the game 8-3 and the Ducks enter at 10-1.

Washington could upset Oregon's College Football Playoff hopes with a win and earn a favorable bowl bid for themselves in the process. The Ducks can knock the Huskies down the pecking order of bowl season with a win while cementing their spot in the CFP.

Though it's a game with major bowl game implications, it won't receive the national spotlight on ESPN's College Gameday broadcast.

Instead, the College Gameday crew will be heading to Michigan Stadium, aka "The Big House," for the contest between No. 1 Ohio State (11-0) and No. 15 Michigan (9-2). Often billed as the best rivalry in college football, that game will kick off at 9 a.m. PT.

If the Buckeyes win, they will clinch a spot in the Big Ten championship game. If they lose, it would go to tiebreakers.

The last time Washington and Oregon played in Seattle

The Huskies beat the Ducks 34-31 in one of the more memorable games ever played at Husky Stadium. No. 3 Washington moved to 13-0 with the victory, clinching the Pac-12 title and a spot in the College Football Playoff. They eventually advanced to the national title game, where they lost to Michigan.

Huskies quarterback Michael Penix Jr. went 27-of-39 for 319 yards and a touchdown while running back Dillon Johnson had 152 yards on the ground. Jalen McMillan had nine catches for 131 yards and now-Chicago Bears receiver Rome Odunze had eight catches for 102.

On the other side? Bo Nix, now the quarterback of the Denver Broncos, went 21-of-34 for 239 yards and three touchdowns. He also threw an interception.

Oregon was ranked No. 5 at the time of the matchup.
