A look at the current state of the Baltimore Ravens offensive linemen ahead of training camp.
Moving along with the look at the Baltimore Ravens offensive line, there are some strong components here, with some big questions.
Considering there are generally more linemen on rosters than other positions, this will be a deeper look at the starting five, with brief mentions of the backups.
That said, here is a look at the Ravens line ahead of training camp.
Ravens Offensive Linemen on the Roster
Ronnie Stanley - Left Tackle
Ronnie Stanley has been a dependable left tackle, starting in and playing 33 of 34 games over the past two seasons. However, he has had penalty issues, committing 20 over those seasons as well.
John Simpson - Left Guard
The current presumption is that John Simpson will take over the left guard position. He was one of the free agent linemen who was added, and is a former Ravens player who has familiarity with the organization.
Danny Pinter/Jovaughn Gwyn - Center
There is an ongoing battle for the starting center position, with Danny Pinter and Jovaughn Gwyn as the pair that have battled it out thus far. Corey Bullock may be in the mix, but he was nursing a minor injury during minicamp.
Vega Ioane - Right Guard
Newcomer and rookie Vega Ioane is expected to take over the right guard position. He has impressed thus far through OTAs and minicamp, but the true test will take place when the pads come on during training camp.
Roger Rosengarten - Right Tackle
Rogert Rosengarten is the only other mainstay on the line besides Stanley. He had solid protection grades on Pro Football Focus, but he will also need to clean up his penalties.
Andrew Vorhees
Andrew Vorhees was one of the guards during the 2025 season, but his struggles during the season will likely lead him to serve as a backup or rotational player on the line in 2026.
Emery Jones Jr.
Emory Jones could push himself into a starting position and will likely be the direct competition to Simpson and potentially Ioane if the rookie struggles to find his footing.
Backups:
Corey Bullock - C
Carson Vinson - T
Jared Penning - G
Nick Dawkins - C
Evan Beernsten - G
Gerad Lichtenhan - T
Diego Pounds - T
Biggest Offensive Line Questions
The Ravens' offensive line has had issues with penalties, and one of the biggest questions is whether or not the 2026 season will yield more discipline from the unit. Penalties can stall drives, and that aspect will need to be cleaned up.
Who will be the starting safety? As mentioned above, Pinter, Gwyn, and Bullock all seem to be in the mix for the position, but there is no clear-cut starter just yet. That will be a major issue if one option does not get ahead of the others during training camp.
