With eight goals in fifteen matches, the prolific midfielder’s relentless consistency and spatial intelligence have ignited speculation that Eindhoven’s most underrated weapon is ready for a major move.
Guus Til’s outstanding form for PSV continues to attract attention, with the attacking midfielder producing performances that have made him increasingly difficult for Peter Bosz’s side to do without.
The 28-year-old has been one of PSV’s most consistent contributors since arriving in Eindhoven in 2022. His latest display against Willem II provided another reminder of his importance, as he played a decisive role in the club’s emphatic victory.
Til was involved in six of PSV’s last seven goals, underlining the influence he has had in the final third. His numbers this season are equally impressive. He has made 15 appearances in all competitions, scoring eight goals and providing one assist.
That level of production has prompted renewed discussion about whether Til could eventually move to a bigger European club. Teams such as Inter Milan, AC Milan, Juventus, Napoli, Atlético Madrid and Borussia Dortmund have been mentioned as potential destinations that could suit his qualities.
While there is no confirmation of concrete interest or an imminent transfer, his performances have strengthened the argument that he could compete at a higher level. His consistency has also been evident throughout his career, with Til delivering important contributions during spells in Alkmaar, Moscow, Rotterdam and Eindhoven.

ESPN analyst Arnold Bruggink has been particularly impressed by the midfielder's development and believes his performances deserve greater recognition.
Speaking on De Eretribune, Bruggink praised Til's contribution to PSV's victory over Willem II, highlighting his involvement in the opening goal before scoring a superb effort to double the advantage before half-time.
“I'm a fan. However he does it again, it's really a fantastic goal. So that's Guus Til, then everyone says: oh yes, that's well done,” Bruggink said.
He also pointed to the midfielder's remarkable statistics as evidence of his value to Bosz's team.
“He has played fifteen matches for PSV this season, scored eight goals and provided one assist. Those are stats, that's really insane.”
Bruggink believes Til remains underrated because his game does not always attract the attention given to more technically gifted or creative midfielders. However, the analyst argues that his movement, awareness and ability to arrive in dangerous positions make him an important attacking weapon.

Kenneth Perez recently acknowledged that Til is not necessarily his preferred type of footballer, reflecting how his qualities can sometimes be overlooked in a league that tends to celebrate technically gifted players and incisive passing.
Players such as Luciano Valente are often praised for their ability to produce clever through balls, but Bruggink believes Til offers a different set of qualities. He is capable of making those passes too, while bringing an exceptional understanding of space and an instinct for scoring goals.
“He is still underrated,” Bruggink said. “He has something which makes him special. He has an insane sense of position and can make goals.”
The analyst also highlighted a tactical reason why Til is so important to PSV. Bosz's side does not always have enough players capable of beating opponents in one-on-one situations, making intelligent movement and positional awareness particularly valuable.
“PSV has very few dribblers on the pitch. Then you simply need players like that very badly. PSV creates very few chances because they can't play someone past,” Bruggink explained, as quoted by PSV Inside.
Til's ability to find space, make timely runs and convert opportunities gives PSV another route to goal. His influence is not always built around spectacular individual dribbling or elaborate passing, but his end product has become increasingly difficult to ignore.
With his performances continuing to attract praise, Til is strengthening his reputation as one of PSV's most important players. If he maintains this level, interest from clubs across Europe's leading leagues would be understandable, although any potential move remains speculative.
