Struggling to secure a starting spot in North London, the former Chelsea winger emerges as a winter target for European giants, potentially triggering another multi-million-euro payday for PSV.
Noni Madueke’s difficult start to life at Arsenal could lead to another move, with Atlético Madrid and Juventus reportedly considering a winter loan deal for the former PSV winger.
According to a report by Caught Offside, both European giants are monitoring Madueke’s situation in North London. The winger has struggled to establish himself as a regular starter since joining Arsenal after his spell at Chelsea, leaving his future uncertain once again.
A move to either the Riyadh Air Metropolitano in Madrid or the Allianz Stadium in Turin could offer Madueke an opportunity to revive his career, while also providing PSV with another financial benefit.

Madueke joined Arsenal from Chelsea in the summer of 2025 in a deal worth around €60 million. Arsenal’s decision to sign the former PSV player followed his spell at Chelsea, but the winger has now found himself struggling for a starting place in London once again.
Caught Offside reports that Atlético Madrid and Juventus are considering a winter loan move for Madueke. Both clubs are described as being willing to invest in the player as they assess whether he can provide an attacking option for the second half of the season.
For Madueke, the interest represents another opportunity to move on after potentially failing to secure a consistent role at Arsenal.
For PSV, however, there is an additional element to the story.
PSV Could Benefit From Another Transfer
PSV are entitled to further funds if Madueke leaves Arsenal in a future transfer involving a fee, thanks to FIFA’s solidarity contribution regulations.
Madueke spent four and a half seasons at PSV during his formative years, between the ages of 16 and 21. As a result, the Eindhoven club is entitled to a percentage of any future transfer fee under the solidarity mechanism.
As relayed by PSV Inside, PSV already benefited when Madueke moved from Chelsea to Arsenal. The approximately €60 million transfer generated around €1.4 million for the Dutch club through the arrangement.
A future permanent move from Arsenal to Atlético Madrid or Juventus could therefore provide PSV with another payment.
Another Potential Payday for PSV
The amount would depend on the eventual transfer fee, but PSV could receive roughly 2% to 2.5% of a future fee under the solidarity contribution rules outlined in the report.
There is an important distinction, however. Certain sums and percentages can lapse or decrease when a player moves on again following an earlier transfer, such as Madueke’s move from Chelsea to Arsenal.
The solidarity contribution itself remains a legally mandated mechanism and can apply to subsequent transfers involving a fee.
That makes Madueke’s uncertain Arsenal future an intriguing situation for PSV. While Atlético Madrid and Juventus consider whether to offer the winger a route out of North London, PSV could once again benefit financially from the career of a player it developed during his formative years.
For now, the immediate possibility is a winter loan. Should that eventually lead to a permanent transfer, another payment to PSV could follow.
